101 people attended the Mount Waddington Family Literacy Society’s free annual Literacy Fair on March 1st and 60 children chose a new book to take home!
Activities included sensory bins, free books, literacy socks for purchase, a weaving frame, St. Patrick’s Day art, wand making, and so much more.

“One of the big hits was a treasure hunt where children went table to table collecting stickers and then choosing from a selection of amazing prices at the treasure hunt table,” said Kelly Anderson, MWFLS Literacy Outreach Coordinator. “The prizes were provided by a wonderful anonymous donor.”
